This is my Project Nursery bio and a few of my favorite things - I hope you like them.

Design Expert: Johanna Lindsay

I’m a New York-based photographer who lives in the West Village with my husband, three children and a Westie. I started my career as the Associate Producer for The Second City Toronto where I originally hail from. Eleven years ago, I moved to New York City to work in public relations for various Broadway shows before becoming a full-time mother to Liam, Graham and Maeve. I have traveled around the globe and have three special countries that I hold close to my heart: France, India and Vietnam. My design aesthetic pulls from my love of travel and these places. I have collected furniture, art and rugs from my various adventures and showcase them proudly throughout my home. The style of my apartment can be summed up as traditional with a mix of South East Asia.
As a mother of three living in a New York City apartment, I’m always trying to find ways to maximize space and keep things organized. I like clean lines, no clutter and enjoy eating cake.
